日々、インターネットやパソコンを使っていて設定や故障などトラブルに遭遇した時、「詳しい人がそばにいたらな」と思ったことはありませんか。そんなときにお電話いただければ、NTT西日本がサポートします。フレッツ光と同時に申し込むことができます！

■リモートサポート

ソフトウェアの操作方法やパソコントラブルが起こった場合の対応など、オペレータがお客さまのパソコンにアクセスして、オンライン上からの遠隔設定で、解決をサポートします。

■電話サポート

リモートサポートが行えないトラブルへの対応については、オペレータが電話で操作方法や解決策をお客さまにご説明します。

工事費など初期費用

モートサポートサービスについては、工事費・登録手数料・契約料は不要です。

月額利用料

契約回線ごとに　525円（税込）

※リモートサポートサービスのご利用開始または解約に伴う月額利用料は、日割り計算します。

追加サービス料金(オプション)

オンラインパソコン教室の利用料金　　1,890円(税込)／1講座
